How long to run UVA / UVB

Haven't tried one or researched much on the benefits of UVB, but with the site discount, for $86.00 I might just give one of these a try for my final flowering area.
 
Knock it up 30 min. Site says its designed for last 2-3 weeks of flower.

There are some good threads on UV here if you use the search bar too.
 
The scientific experiments done so far on other species were done with one day on and one day off, so I'd try to maintain 50% on and 50% off time.

Near UV (415nm) does the same thing to the plants as UV, without destroying your grow room.

I plan to keep running it until harvest and increasing the time up to 4 hours per day in 30 minute increments as recommended. Attached are the instructions for the solar storm.
