It can take either 5 days to 2 weeks. Males usually sex before females. Just depends on what strain your plants are and what sex. How long have you been on 12/12?

also ur afgan kush my mate is growing 3 out doors lol in like 3 days there 1 n a half inch lol

LOL...she's gonna pull em, cuz they'll look like weeds. My friend(the only one that still lives with his mom) put some in his moms flower bed...they ended up getting weeded. He's a spoiled little baby that will never make it out on his own. He's what we call a "mooch". Now that i think about it...i don't know why hang out with him.
