I think it was a knee jerk response by a bunch of Republican law makers that have no clue to the issue of fires, from home growers trying to shoot butane in the kitchen to make shatter and blowing shit up. Instead of approaching it with common sense, they just banned all concentrates, and making them unless you're a medical card holder and it's from one of the approved medical dispensaries. It's cool, I can legally grow which is a huge step in the right direction and we just need to keep fighting for better laws.
