I just completed 6 about 4' high and it did a great job...now understanding that the canopy doesnt let much light get to the bottom buds so the bottom ones do not get to fill out that great ..or any at all BUT the colas and secondary buds toward the top GREAT...six plants 14 oz dried and cured...smoke on..peace..

If i were to take and edjucated guess....I would say keeping it in a 4x4 room with painted wall flat white 3 gal pots...8 will do fine..10 max

djcx ...u can def veg more than 2 plants with what u have..but I was talkin about the hps
I'm only using CFL and I'm hopeing that my plants will get to almost 6'0'' I have up to 7'0 for space and if I'm able to get it to 6' I'm gona see about kicking it into flower mode

:hump:I just finished 5 skunk#1 under 400W. Plants were 2 1/2' high. I lollipoped em. I'm sure you could squeeze another couple in there w/ no problems. Good luck.

Yeah you are thinking about growing them way too big especially with cfls. Even 2 and a half feet is tall to flower but it seems like budsworth is experienced enough to know how to pull it off. If you are doing cfl keep them small. maybe flower at a foot? I don't know but 6 feet is out of the question I would think..

djcx-how many cfls did you use?, cool or warm?, and how watts per bulb. im gonna be workin w/a 3ftLx18inWx5'5H space. thinkn bout usin 4 23w, 2 22w and 2 15w for no more than 3 plants

shouldnt let plants get so big if using only cfls, light wont reach the lower canopy,LST improves this a bit as well as (FIM) fuck i missed...

try SOG van fit maybe 10-20 if going straight clone to flower, using ebb and flow 3x3 tray...
Hey there my 2 cents would tell ya depends on the size of the plants.. Here my 5 blueberry flowering are aprox 3 feet max height also being topped.. In the back you can see 4 clones i made from the blueberry thats also in a different stage of flowering they are are none the less.. In back of my clones I have 15 seedling that I gave them a straight 12/12 schedule right off the bat.. The seedlings will show sex in the next week to week and a half. So all in all you can have multiple plants under a 400w light but you tend to loose the strength of the light the wider out you place your plants. People would disagree with me but I have tested this out and it works fine..

I used 1 400w hps with a parabolic hood for my first indoor grow. I had 8 plants, in a 4'x4' area. I think I pulled about 1/2 pound, and I didnt even use nutes or a ph meter for that matter. I would do 8-10 depending on your topping/LST method.
