How Many Plants Per Light??????

Help RIU -
Area is 3 x 5 sq ft running 600w Super HPS. How many plants can be put in this set up for maximum yield?
5 gallon DWCs no scrog net. Vegged 5 weeks.
Thanks in advance.
 
Iv got 4X2.5 sq ft running 457W from the wall LED.
Ran out of room with 2X DWC (3gal) and 6 weeks veg.

With your bit of extra room and shorter veg youd fit 4.

Very Nice! Are you serious that this is only 2 DWCs????? Wow!!!
 
There's no right answer. The more you put in there, the closer your time should be between root and 12/12. The time between pulling a 6 inch rooted clone and going 12/12 will determine the final size of the plant. I have the same size of trey space and have done as many as 16 in a root to fruit with all plants at a foot or less. My preference leans towards more small plants because larger plants are harder to train for that size of space.
