first time offense 3 weeks ago...i was held in custody for a week at Williams County Jail in ND on possession (a gram) and ingestion of controlled substance. $500 bond...met with my attorney before the trial and pled not guilty of all charges. $2,000 max fine and one year max penalty for ingesting cannabis in North Dakota. It's been stressful

if we all could grow it legally/free'ly they wouldnt exist. what if they are growing for ppl who cant and who need it
