How much can I grow indoors without getting caught?

well i can tell you to stay clear from magnetic ballasts, go digital. also i have also found (by trial and error) that you get what you pay for in regards to hid lighting and its requirements to reach maximum efficency. .1477 for energy charge here close to bluntmasta's it seems but man o man this stuff needs to be reseached and asked about alot best to not fuck up like me and use a magnetic ballast not realizing it sucks amps like a fat kid on cake! By the way just a suggestion ras maybe you could focus 4-5 potent ladies under your first 600 grow to get a (handle) on what to expect from the garden in general. Smart to start your own, lets be honest half these dudes out this way have no clue selling shit with latent nute build-up callin it chronic lmao, ignorance is bliss for some it seems. Thankyou for being part of the solution man bout time folks started doing this shit!

but I haven't been growing indoors too long a good grow book is probaly the best way to start I got marijuana horticulture the indoor outdoor medical growers bible by jorge cervantes its got basically all the info you need to start up. and then you just need to learn how to scrog or lst to get your 1+ gram per watt I'm not their yet but I'll get their I actually seen one verticle grower get over 2 grams per watt.
also in an apartment hydro might be better I use pro-mix and I just don't know about walking into an apartment with a bail of that shit or even a few bags of soil I don't have any neighboors so nobody sees shit and its real easy for me to dump old soil.

Well kick me in the balls! The good green here on the south shore of good old Massachusetts goes without a name just about 99% of the time. $75 an 1/8th and it's only fair at best. As often as not I buy a quarter of brown weed for fifty bucks. The green just ain't worth paying the price for. Wrap a couple of bones with the green weed and your finishing up that 1/8th. :cry:

I own my house and I believe I could run a whole bunch of equipment before I attracted any attention power wise but thats not what worries me. I have a plumber coming tomorrow to fix the heat. I would be crapping myself if I had my little CFL grow working. I can't imagine pulling the plug for a day mid stream.. YIKES what a buzz kill that would be. Just no way of knowing when and why you might have company.

cn I'm surprized the 600 watt set-up kicked up your bill that much. $80.00 is real money when paying the bills. Gives me the willy's thinking how much a couple of 1000 watters are gonna do. I don't think a $200.00 increase in my electric bill is gonna get investigated by anyone. I don't give them that much credit. :-?

Well I pay 25 for a quarter of regular green in Boston and 50 the most for a eighth of high grade and I am tired of it because nothing is worth the money

THREE Pounds in a 4x4 area!! So call me a skeptic but im having trouble buying that! Are you including stems leaves and dirt in the overall yield? Kick me in the balls but I'm doing something wrong. I need some pointers Jo Jo

yeah man i live in the dorchester section of boston and i pay 25 for a quarter of brown weed , 100 for the zip and the most i ever pay for a eighth of grade is 50 , your not far at all brother you just need the right connection , you can email me if you want

ok so the guy with the pitbull as his avatar said growing in mass is a misdemenar. im pretty sure its more than a misdemenar, possessing less than 1 z is, but growing is more than a misdemenar, i think its like 6months to 2 years cultivating anything under 50lbs. BUT i would bet money on question 3(mmj) passing in nov. 6(if u didnt kno, voting time is nov 6, SO VOTE) which if passed will come ino affect january ! in order to get a growers license(will be different from regular med card) you will need to claim hardship, which is your poor, dont have reasonable transport to get medicine,or...hmm i forget the third hardship qualification.

yeah, im used to pay 30 to 35 a quarter of mid grade thru a friend who bought off his dealer. it was marked up 5 bucks thru my buddy but was worth it cuz if the shit was brown i wudnt buy it. i havent bought weed in about 4 to 5 months

carbon filter and fan, 600 watt light, blockbuster hood, 3 gal pots, ProMix BX, good nutes, a ppm meter, good fem seeds, 6 pots, 3-4 week veg then flip. 1.5-2 zips per plant for your first time. So 9-12 zips. Good luck.

im 20 miles south and all my friends are dealers (just happened that way after middleschool) i can hook up my mass homies with some quality if the grow dosn't work out for you... i haven't seen brown weed in over a decade.

really good advice. i would argree if to shy away from mag balllasts, but if hes on a budget, its still a huge step up from CFL's, and, and, i use a mag next to my digi both 600's in the same room and dont see really any noticeable diffrence in my buds under either light... now amperage/ wattage maybe is a little confusing cause a 1000 watt light is gonna use give or take a 1000 watts.. amperage is how hard its pulling on the circuit.. has nothing to do with using MORE..

im at the .34 bracket running a 1000 watt on a 6 ft rail 2x600's (FLOWER ROOM)
and 2x 400 watts for veg.. one in a tent and one in a closet

Coco is much easier and cheaper than hydro, IMO, and you can recycle the coco between grows. It also comes in compressed brick form so it's easy to store until you need it. I like to veg in 1g smart pots and flower in 5g.
