think i may go down the home made co2 solution with water , yeast and sugar

i have 2 children 5 and 2, the plant etc is not in their reach etc as its in an outhouse which is connected to the house

i know the plant will recycle it to oxygen but just want to make sure there is no risk at all

cheers

it should be enough co2 for a small garden, I did it for awhile, but decided it was more hassel than it was worth.
I see alot of talk about using big co2 tanks and regulators and what not, and thats a question I've always had, it seems to me like the amount some people use should kil you... yet their still living. its one of thoes mysteries of the pot growing world, who knows maybe were amune to co2 :P

That co2, sugar, yeast, water recipe kicks ass actually! and it is perhaps the most benign way to deliver co2 to the girls. My palnts love it! Before i put the co2 in my grow environment the buds were dinky with in a week bud size trippled and crystals were abundant.

Good luck with it. Keep us posted on the results.
Check out my results here:
https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/50290-peek-inside-pics.html

The second set of pics show them at 3 weeks, 5 weeks, and 6 weeks old. I added the co2 in the 4th week and the results were stunning.

one of my book's (integral hydroponics) say's.....

"as a general rule, exposure to 5000ppm(or more)is potentiall hazardous to your health. this figure is based on eight hours, or more, of exposure"

other book say's 4000ppm hazardours if inhaled to long.
also say's plants can not use c02 in levels above 2000ppm

1200ppm to 1500ppm is good for the girls.

but i dont know its out of a book!!!!!!!!!!!

I found CO2 to be a complete pain in the ass until I got a controller . After I got it all automated I saw some killer results.

you probably already know this but just in case... keep in mind that CO2 (carbon dioxide) is not the same as CO (carbon monoxide).

CO2 is what we breath out and CO is car exhaust.

havent read this whole thread yet so somebody may have already said this, but truthfully its not to much of a mystery wikipedia says co2 is dagerous to an adult at 5000 p.p.m, since you will only need a max growth p.p.m. of 1500 for cannabis, your living area should not be much effected by even a multiple light larger grow, let alone be raised to a dangerous level for humans. If your to worried about it just dont do it live without it, but If you do want a boost in performance use the co2 and you wont be disaponted. Using co2 also forces you to have a sealed room with air conditioner so basically forces you to provide the best controlled inviornment you can provide. just my 2 cents....and btw I ramble so my apologies, when I start talking about the plant we all love it just happens.:weed:
