if you have a microscope...... if not, you will notice the crystals go from the clear to a white shade and then amber. You just want the majority to be milky colored and maybe a few heads to be starting to amber, if you like to couch lock affect. Leaves should yellow or discolor alittle, especially if you use a flushing agent.

Amber = Degraded, and has nothing to do with
couch lock affect
So stop the dis/misinformation...
If you get degraded/amber trichomes, then you screwed up...
Your buds look stressed... almost air bud like...Too much green matter at top...
Where's the frosty-ness? That be regs?
To best answer your question:

Check for Trics all you want... start now...
It's a total waste of time now... but hey, who am I to tell you how to waste your time...
When the hairs on your top colas, stop popping out... then check for trics...
Buds look stressed... like the humidity low, and temp got out of control...
Good luck with the wait...

if any thing humidity is high, I don't have a dehumidifier now and don't have the funds to buy one right now, I added extra fans to try and compensate. Temps have been steady the whole grow. to higher than 80 degrees. My biggest issue in this grow was having one hermie on me and some pollination. The pics don't show the crystals very well at all. They are trichomed up, some of the fan leaves shooting out of the buds have trichs. I am just trying to get a handle on how much longer before I start actually considering chopping them down. They are all 8-10 weeks strains and I'm at 7 weeks or 49 days today, these pics were taken at 42 days.
