Hey everyone just wondering if an experienced eye could tell me at what stage it looks like my flowering plant is, and how much more do you think the buds have to fully grow?

Hey, that's how I picked my 4 plants im allowed to have.
Hey Bob, while I got ya here,
Im finding the odd mature seed here and there. From closely inspecting all around the plant I have 6 of them over the last 4 Days of collecting them.
Do I have to worry?

Now I have some theories. Form what I've read and heard, it seems like what is happening is either:
-my neighbours are growing weed and don't know what the hell they're doing or wanted to grow makes and bees or whoever visited it, and then came and visited my plant and so making seeds just here or there maybe I don't know, can that happen?
-its been getting stressed out cause my back light sometimes i flick it on for a sec before remembering my plants out there, and plus the neighbors's lights, like they're kinda far away, but one of them shines right down on it when I forget to move it around the corner. So, stress seeds.
Because there's absolutely nothing male on this plant. The seeds are appearing inside those "swollen calyx's" people post about in their "is this a boil or a mole" posts.

iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii can't see that happening, really? What if it's a case of acute pollination. Maybe my neighbours really are f'ing with me. It's really hard to tell when you're as paranoid and anxious all the time as I am.
Quick two things though, Lt.
The fact that the seeds I'm plucking are mature. Suggesting incident zero happened probably a week ago at least.
If incident zero were gonna herm my firm, she'd have those dicks you're talking about. Probably some nasty ol' balls as well too by now.
Also bees tend to make a lot of noise....no noise! Suggests no bees...
One addition further think of this logic. Pretend you're a sexy lady plant for just a second. Would you ever pop some seeds out and accomplish your goals of spreading your genes, and then <-(in italics) decide to grow come ugly ol dinks and balls? A sexy lady plant will only grow that stuff I think under really sh-ty stress. Like, if I were a sexy lady, I'd have to be stressseeeeedddd out to wanna grow some junk. My lady plant may not be able to see but she isn't dumb.

Nanners and hermies are 2 different things.
It is known that light leaks will in fact cause a plant to grow nanners.
You stated that your yard light flicks on. Thats a light leak issue.
You stated your neighbors light was directly on it at night as well. Thats a light leak issue.
You have a bunch of signs pointing to door #1 but you want door # 2 so badly you can't see door #1 brother.
Plants produce nanners for a plethora of reasons.
Light leaks, heat stress, and genetics to name a few.
Sometimes its a last ditch effort to pollinate itself because no male has.

Now I'd just like to bounce a couple things off you here just cause I have some ideas that I'd like anyone's opinion about, really.
What I have as an idea right now is that Hermy plants are female plant which, for whatever reasons, decide to grow male parts. I was under the impression a nanner is a male body part, this any female exhibiting a nanner would be said to be hermying or whatever the spelling.
If it pollinated its self to get me these seeds I for sure would have noticed something fishy before noticing seeds. As soon as the batteries for my good camera pocket phone get here I'll take pictures of my plant and show you!
Oh the other thing is this this plant of mine has only been growing outside. Uuuuhhhhiiiii don't think they're as sensitive to light leaks outside

They are way sensitive to light leaks outside. Guarantee you that.
Nanners will grow out of the buds themselves. They can be easy to miss. They are small. You have a reasonably large plant with many colas and a whole lot of leaf. Its easy to miss it.
A hermied plant is one that grows and actual sack which looks just like a male sack.
2 different things. Hemied plants most of the time will produce hermied seeds.
A nanner plant will most of the time produce pure female seeds which are viable.
