How much to use when top dressing?

Enzymes help breakdown the organic matter to make it avaiable to the plants. So yes it plays a huge role in organics. All your enzyme organic info will b found in the first couple pages here

I would argue that enzymes play a bigger role for a successfull organic crop then most know about.
Once agian enzymes and aloe will get you through your organic harvest. Aloe and coco water and super sprout teas!
And as for guano, i would say half a tsp if that
