How much water Seedling?

I have a seedling 1-2 weeks old, its 2nd set of siraded leaves just now growing. When watering it, should i saturate the pot or just drizzle some on top to get the top wet? its a fairly small pot, probably around a gallon. Thanks for any advice!

Get a 2Litres bottle. Fill it about one-quater and pop a hole a the bottom. So water will leak out on its self slowly. Do this every 2nd day.
