How much water when there’s no fertilizer

Hey fam Quick question. How much water does my weed plant need when fertilizer is not available? I’m trying to grow my plant indoors and there’s no way I can get the right fertilizers here with the lockdown . My plant is 2weeks old and it’s as tall as my index finger

Water and nutrients are 2 different things. Your plant needs both of them to survive. I guess it depends on what medium your growing in to tell if it will survive long without food.

Pics would help. Also what are you growing in soil, coco, etc. If soil what brand.

Medium as in? I grow in a plastic container, water it everyday, no fertilizer and it gets enough light

Soil it is. That plastic container will work for another week or so but you will find that your plant will quickly become rootbound. That container also looks like it will inhibit oxygen from reaching the root zone.

Do you have a larger pot that you can transplant her into? A 3 gallon pot ... 5 gallon bucket ... something along those lines. Give her more room down there and let her spread out those roots.

Haha this is my first grow. So I might want to keep it short and not turn to a tree in my house haha. I wish to grow indoors for consuming purpose. Is it possible I keep the plant short till it’s ready for harvest?

And oh the soil I’m using, It’s soil from vegetables grow bed

Not negative......realistic.
You obviously did no preparation before you planted the seed. You've got crap soil with no aeration, no ferts, it's stetching to hell because you have it in a window, and lastly it's in a clear container. Not sure what you expect?
You can't blame the lockdown because your plant is only 2 weeks old.
Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance.

This is supposed to be a test run and I came on here to make my first grow a great one! and at least my weed plant is still growing in the soil you call crap. I see your more enlightened about growing, you probably have a whole garden full of weed. Lol. why don’t you enlighten me on how to save my plant

It will be fine if you are only looking for an 2-3 Pounds.

You should drill some holes in the bottom and bottom sides to let air and water out. Get more light. If you don’t have a light, just move it from window to window wherever the sun is.
If you can’t go out to buy ferts... you might have to pee on it.

Yes please 2-3 ounces is good for starters and it’s going to go till the next grow season. So, you’re saying I drill in holes on the side and one under too, get more sunlight and can use pee as ferts? And that will keep my plant growing and healthy? Or what other home Mande fertilizers could you prescribe
