Only a few grows under my belt but the way I've done it is start at about 50-100ml seedling then 300ml then 500ml to 1 litre by week 5 full waterings 2litres.

I'm on about day 16 and watering with b52 and root juice small amounts with about 400ml water. I only watered yesterday and the soil is drying up .
Temps aren't crazy 23-25 °c lights off
24-26°c lights on
Humidity can vary between 45-65% but usually around the middle

Should I start feeding 1 litre next watering and then by week 5( which is 12days away) 2litres and start nutes

Also my plants are sitting 35" away from the light . But Lux crappy phone apps tells me there getting 45-50l lux . They seem to be happy . Should I drop the light down to about 24"

Trying not to stunt but they looking small

By week 5 I wouldn't be feeding by measuring, I'd feed to a good amount of run-off. Do keep any eye on how much you're putting through so you have an idea if you're getting enough run-off (about 20-25%), but I wouldn't stress about quantities otherwise.

It sounds like you're doing good in week 3 and probably can water fuller amounts and pay attention to runoff.

What are you growing in? You shouldn't be watering by a set amount. What kind of light do you have? We can't give advice if we don't know what you're doing or have done and can't see what you're referring to so post pics as well.

I bet it matters to the roots. Just saying it's a waste and robbed the plant the chance to grow more roots.
I grew massive plants in 1/2 gallon pots during my last grow. What I learned was the amount of roots needed is relative to number of feedings. Before this I was obsessed with getting as big of a root system as possible. Now I believe it's unnecessary. You can grow a full sized plant out of a 4" rockwool cube if your watering game is on point.
