how much water

i got an ebb and flow 24 bucket system and i have it to water 10 times a day is that to much water that the roots dont get air

that is what the manual for the system told me to do so that the water circulates

That's almost every hour, it sounds a bit extreme.
What is your medium? Rockwool? Hydroton?
How old are the plants?
What is your nutrient PPM?
What lights are they under?

its actually around 2.5 hr every flood i got them in hydroton and there almost 4 weeks under 2 600 watt hs and mh light

I was thinking 12/12.
Yep, that is about right.
When you change to 12/12 you dont feed at lights off.
If you like, you could cut it down to 18/6 now, giving the plants a bit of rest for the 6 hours a day before you switch to 12/12. You could also feed every 3 hours (7 times a day), ie. lights on at 6am: feed at 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm and 10.30pm leaving 1.5 hours before lights out at 12am again. You could feed every 2.5 hours if you like, make sure to leave 1.5 to 2 hour before lights out. Nutrients left in your medium over lights out could rot your roots.
