hey everyone my brother just randomly went to a water store and got R/O water surprisingly for him to drink. as he saids our water here is bad and full of
chemicals that slowly kills you. i was just wondering if switching to R/O water from my normal FILTERED FRIDGE WATER..which im seeing GREAT RESULTS with would help me ?

so in all how much more would i benefit from switching to R/O ? bigger plants ? quicker growth ?

im using soil roots organic growing TGAs kaboom .headband .and jamaican lambs bread(REAL CUT)
using 1000w if this helps..

thanks for all input!! stay high:blsmoke::blsmoke::leaf:

They call it zero water because there is zero benefit in switching to it. No, they call it zero water because it has near zero ppms. But there isn't much reason to use it unless your tap water is really bad. Start there, examine your tap water. it is probably just fine.

None of those things are true, nor will happen if you switch to RO. You've learned to grow with tap, good for you, do not change the entire makeup of your water supply or your plants will show you they noticed, in a bad way

I use r/o, but we have really shitty water for plants. I have to supplement with cal/mag because r/o removes it and the plants still need it. The only benefit from it is taste.

KUSh,when i lived in Cali i used tap water no problems.I'm in hydro.
I moved to another state and am surounded by chemical plants.
My tap water is 450-625ppm .5 conv. and who knows whats in it.

I use ro because i have no choice.

How often do you change the fridge filter? Must be fun filling up the watering bucket with the fridge. haha does it make you have to pee waiting for it to fill up?

I knew someone who rescued an old dog. When they gave it tap water it would have a wheezing cough. The vet said this was due to congestive heart failure. They started giving it filtered water or maybe bottled and wheezing stopped.

if the tap water is over 600 ppm would i need a R/O system.
x2... i thought someone else said you would need one for ppm over 600.

I think I have read if your ppm is over 400 it is recommended to use ro and that 200 is fair.

I knew someone who rescued an old dog. It had a wheezing cough the vet said was due to congestive heart failure. The vet of course wanted to sell drugs. Somehow they found about giving the dog bottled/filter water and the wheezing stopped.

Must be fun waiting for the fridge to fill up the water bucket. I bet it makes ya have to take a leak. I know I have to take a leak filling up the water bucket from a 50gal drum. Just food for thought you ever change your fridge water filter? My fridge change filter light came on all the time even though it was hooked up to ro.
