If federal law does not recognise medical marijuana then it does not recognise your medical marijuana card. Cannabis is illegal under state law no matter what the use and no matter if you have a state medical card.

I think you meant to say Federal law in your second sentence. But see LT1, tip top toker is from the U.K and he even knows how medical cards work! You live in Washington state with a medical card and he knows more about the law then you do! That just says a lot about the kind of person you are. LOL!

the fed do recognize mmj lol they just havent rescheduled it and state med cards are valid rere other wise you couldnt get them and it wouldnt be allowed on a state level

my friend just moved her grow to another state as well, she moved, lol, and now she is having all sorts of issues getting things figured out as different spots bring different problems imo..

Then explain why all of these dispnsaries complying with state law are being shut down by the feds? Answer, the feds don't give a damn about your medical card. If they want to bust you, they will bust you, federal law trumps state law. I am not debating whether it is constitutional, because there is no point, the federal government does not care one bit about doing something in violation of the constitution. They do not recognise your card as valid under federal law, federal law does not accept cannabis as having medical properties.

Yeah, that actually made me laugh when I thought about it for a second.

i would say you can safely pull 15k watts no problem as long as you pay your bill...energy companies love money and will never be a problem...i just moved for the third time in 8 years...harder to hit a moving target....and i agree with raceboy...i am so tired of all these cardholders on their soapbox and their "i am legal" bullshit
