How often to water seedling in rockwool and when to transplant

Get it in your system, I dont understand the point of rooting a cube, it's going to root in your system anyway, the quicker roots are in the water the quicker they grow and the less chance of messing up trying to water a tiny rockwool cube
Ok... I was also wondering how long I need to wait for before rooting it in my system, I guess I’ll keep a low feeding schedule for now, should I start with nutes as well? I also noticed the leaves in a couple of cubes are kind of wrinkly even if received the same treatment as all the others...Is water feeding still enough? I am on the 9th day from planting...

That's simple. If you don't let it get a decent root mass first, once it's in a DWC, Wilma, or Watergate or whatever, you name it, the root gets soaked and the seedlings tiny taproot dies from water logging.

Make sure you're keeping seedlings in a humidity dome.

Done it this way for years no issues, spray from res keeps it moist but not soaked, just dont top feed

Love rockwool. I just dunked the cube in a container full of nutrient solution based on WEIGHT. I would just pick up the cube and if it weighed about as much as a dry cube I would dip it in nutrient solution. 250ppm and just a touch of UC Roots or shock to keep it nice. Keep a dry cube around for weight reference if you want.
You are trying to accomplish a wet dry cycle which will force the roots to fill the cube looking for water. Once you got roots poking around the whole cube, transplant. Don't rush though, you would be surprised how long plants can stay healthy in a little cube, given you maintain them.
