how old do you have to be and what requirements to grow marijuana medically?

hey everybody! down the road from my cottage and old greenhouse opened its doors to grow medical marijuana! what requirements would you need for a job there and is there an age limit?

its kind of both=)! they want to help their patients and also for growers to get together and grow with each other=)!

from what i hear its a greenhouse were growers get together, grow awesome weed and the sell to there patients=)!!!! its a get together kind of deal=)!!
