How should I do my UVB?

I got one of them 100watt zoo med bulbs since its the only UVB 11 I could find. its alright but I don't know how much I should be useing it before my plant really starts to flower. since it makes the top leaves nomnomnomed. o wait, that was from the incense smoke which contains ethene. ethene is a plant hormone that makes the leaves look all nomnomnomed. maybe its both.

I took some pickters. iits the biggest ever ive seen a plant only 2 weeks old. no joke but you will think it is!

made some new recipees to also. I call them, Im cooking the best shit ever and its not even like im trying. or maybe I just fucked up my brain too much to tell...........
