How to avoid long term effects from cannabis use?

For the most part "memory loss and laziness" caused by cannabis is propaganda. I can say that on several occasions I have forgotten where I put my keys while stoned. Maybe I forgot to call somebody back, or I left the fridge open. I think that while under the influence you can definitely experience short term memory loss. You've got to be pretty stoned though. If you smoke a heavy indica then you might couch lock, but the complete opposite can be said for a pure sativa.

You have to take account of things in your life that could feed into these things. Stress, maybe your already exhausted, depression, overworked, anxiety, setting, etc. In 2017 I started having anxiety from smoking cannabis. According to my doctors, it was brought on not by the cannabis, but because I had gone through some traumatic episode(s)... in 2016 my pops died while I was on my first national tour, gone 3 months with my boy Honeycomb who is a beatboxer. This is when it really started. In 2017 I lost my dog to heart disease and my fiancee and I announced that we were having a baby. Late 2017 I went back on tour. Feb 2018 we had my daughter. Sept 2018 spent another 2 months on the road. Between all of that supposedly I put myself under too much stress and I just had so much going on that it fucked me, it's like these 3 crazy years flipped some biological switch or something. What's fucked is my anxiety is very physical, I think I'm gonna have a heart attack or something... I think it's just some subliminal shit because I now worry about my mortality, and my pops also died of a massive heart attack, so I think that's back there in my subconscious along with my dog's heart failure. Sorry to go off on a tangent lol. Just wanted to show that it wasn't weed that caused me anxiety as some people claim, it was events in my life that brought it on, and the cannabis just brings it out. I don't have anxiety at all when I'm sober, never did in my life, only when smoking cannabis now. Crazy.

Anyway, I am just trying to say to really take into consideration the things happening around you. Maybe you're losing focus for other reasons? It doesn't hurt to stop for a while so that you can try to figure it out. If it goes away then it was cannabis-related, if it doesn't go away you know it's because of something else. But there is always a chance that it is cannabis-related but also linked to something else, kind of like in my scenario. This is plant is strange man, I love it. lol.

Hi all,

I wonder if there is any supplement or any way to keep on memory and concentration and learning skills as much as possible?

How do you handle this?

Thanks
I FUCKING STOPPED GETTING HIGH

It was such a drain, holding me back from excelling in life. Horribly bad habits. I'm getting angry now thinking about all the waste...

When I do get high I have the option of having a psychedelic experience if I dose high enough. It's great.

I don't recall losing any memory or learning skills. Or perhaps that's the problem? Anywho, I like to do puzzles like sudoku every day.
I joke about it... when blazed, I get to meet new people all the time. Seriously, I do 10 minutes of Lumosity for brain aerobics and take C8 mct oil.
