how to change my 12/12 cycle to different time

so for noise reasons and such i want to make my system run durring night and mid morning then off until later in the evening.. i started my 12/12 cycle friday night , 12 midnight until 12 noon dark ...

so i want to switch that to maybe like a 9pm ON , 9 AM off... almost the exact opposite than i have... a friend that grows said to put them to a prolonged dark, so in the end it would end up being like almost 2 days in dark, i dont like the way that sounds. any other suggestions?

just started on friday 12/12?

do it like yer buddy says. it will be a minor shock nothing major,,,,

i've done it before trying to figure out the best off peak rates and fricked it up,,,
no damage done at this early stage.

i didnt think so, he knows his stuff but this being my first real grow i want the best for my babies :)

thanks for the swift responce, i need to change my timer now before they go into night cycle, and set my cell to remind me to set it back on . lol
