I'm no expert but my consumption of pounds over the last 40 years would lead me to believe pic 1 was grown with PGR's pic 2 probably not.

Dude, that first image looks legit like dog vomit. I wouldn't smoke that, let alone pay someone for the privelege. And if it does have PGRs stay away. Those are known carcinogens.

a friend that used to grow and sell would roll each bud between his fingers while wearing rubber gloves during the cure, compressing them so it would look more "commercial" in case people would suspect it was him growing it. it made his buds look a lot like the ones in the PGR photo.
he would collect all the resin from the gloves and make finger hash, it was all he kept from his harvests.

The first is your standard midshelf Denver PGR weed.
If you want herbs that are dense and dank focus on your environment, temp diff at night, humidity and light.
If you want that PGR shit just grab some Bushmaster and add a half dose at week 3. The stuff is nasty and banned so you’d have to find it online. Probably causes cancer and all that.
Funny 15 years ago we were all amazed at Bushmaster and EVERYONE used it. That was back when we would all be spraying Avid in our shorts and flip flops and recommending Eagle20 for PM. Thanks god times have changed.

Samsung led strips will give you some rock hard nugs and the only grow I've seen them in is 100% organic.
