How to dry - help!?!?!!

I have about a month left until harvesting time. I am growing outdoor.

I know that the usual method of drying would be to hang the branches upside down in a warm well ventilated room.

However, I need to avoid bring the plants indoor. Or I need to at least dry more slyly.
I have heard of fast drying, however, this produces a much harsher smoke if I'm right?. Which is what I don't want.

What would you suggest I do? Thanks

nights getting in the 40,s now so have been turning off my ehaust fan at night and the dehumidfier helps to get it warmer in there. i turn exh. fan back on in the morning and so far so good. seems to be drying slow but my first dry was summer and way to warm. so was happier its cooler.

build a box if you don't want to bring it inside. make sure you have enough room to hang them upside down and not on their side. You could do that for around $40 at home depot. Don't forget to put a lock on it though! Not something cheezy either.

Ugh... I'm really into proper drying but if you must do it outside try to follow these guidlines. You want to humidity to be in between 45-55% and the temperature between 65-75%. Humidity too high = slower drying, too low = uneven drying. You also want to keep the drying plants in darkness, light degrades the strength of THC. I suggest drying for 1-2 weeks and then curing in a jar for as long as you have the bud. It'll be real fresh when you put it in your jar so make sure to open/"burp" the jar for like 10min and rotate your buds at least 2x/day to let out moisture. Quick dry? Gross.

GOOD LUCK!

ive seen ppl on this site that have turned a bin into a drying area. piece of string in there and ur done.

i would make a box with an intake and exhaust hole. as long as ur box isnt going to fall apart in the rain.
