How to feed plants using fox farm nutrients

I am buying fox farm nutrients and don't understands the chart on their website... Do I use this every time I water and when its time to start using more than one do I mix them all in a gallon of water? And how much should I water a week with these nutrients?

I'm not a professional but if I was using fox farm ocean forest soil, I wouldn't use anything for the first few weeks and then I would start with 1/4 of what the nutrient sheet tells you.

IDK how often you water but every other day give or take.. When I stick my finger in the soil and feels dry for a few inches then I would water. I usually just go by how heavy it is.

So I would add that into my water every other time I would water. Mix it all in a gallon or 5 gallon or whatever gallon you want.

i use ff big bloom, grow big, tiger bloom, cha ching. At first i would follow the chart alternating between food and ph'ed water. most important make sure ur ph is bet 6.0- 6.3 after u mix eveything. for example. i use a 5 gallon container so lets say the charts says big bloom 3 tsp/gal x 5 gal =15 tsp same formula with the rest. then ph ur food to 6.2

FF nutrients schedule, let's say week 1 flower says to add 3ml big bloom, 2ml grow big, 2ml tiger bloom, 1/2 ml microbe, 1/4 ml open sesame.

I never used the microbe brew or never heard of anybody using it, by the way.

anyways, so you would want to either do 1 gallon 5 gallon 10 gallons of water.. depends on how much water you use. say u normally use 5 gallons of water for all your plants, or maybe you only have 1 plant.

If you only going to use 1 gallon of water, then take your 1 gallon of water, add what it says, or even half of what it says. so dump in half teaspoon of each and then half of the little spoon part of the open sesame bottle. do that every other time u water. after the first week, u can rise it up and go to full strength.

The chart goes by ml/gallon. So whatever gallons you have, add that many millimeters per gallon. example, 5 gallons = 15 mL of big bloom. 7mL if you want to start at half strength.

Definitely start at half strength of what the chart says (1/4 if your using a hot soil like ffof). I had alot of problems with my blueberry and fox farm nutes, but it has gotten alot better since I backed off on the dosage a bit. I also just started using microbe brew 2.5ml/gal once a week. It seems to work good, although I haven't done a side by side. I've been using FF for about a year and still don't like it, but I have been doing some research and talking to long time users of it and am still trying to dial it in. New feeding schedule someone gave me seems to be working well. The day I find the solubles are crucial to its success will be the day I scrap it up for dyna-gro, x nutes or hell I'd even try dr. earth full line up. =P Instead of using the overpriced solubles, sometimes i will add a cheap brand of 10-50-10ish (1/4tsp gal.)

I use FFOF and only use 1/4 of the nutes they say use. The soil is way hot and you have to be careful with the dose. My run off with no nutes was 5.5ph

Day 1-Feed
Day 2-Nothing
Day 3-Ph’d Water
Day 4-Nothing
Day 5-Feed
Day 6-Nothing
Day 7- Ph’d Water
Etc, etc, etc

This is obviously in no particular order. Equals 2 feeds a week like the chart says. I’ve followed this schedule with good results. I however don’t grow in FF soil, so I don’t have to worry about cutting back on the Nutes per gallon of water. I do grow in soil though, no nute burn yet. The only thing I don’t do is flush with the sledgehammer. I never really understood the whole flush thing on their chart. I typically don’t flush until I’m 2 weeks away from harvesting. But anyway, I mix all Nutes in the same gallon of water. After applying each does independently, I shake the gallon well and apply the next dose and so on. Hope this helps. Sorry if it doesn’t.

First , fox farm ( trio ) is very concentrated , a little goes a long ways.
What medium are you growing in ?

Big Bloom is the organic of the 3. Grow big can burn the shit out of your plants ( start at a 1/3 of recommended ) .
FFOF salts up fast .... if growing in fabric pots , you will see what I mean.

Gives a little more in your grow ... medium , ph , water , temps , lights , reg or auto strains.
