my plants hav been doing the same thing, i put them ina grow box, added a couple more lights stated using epsom salt and put a fan slightly blowing over em and they seem to b getting healthier every day.
<- day 20 befor changing setup
<- 4 or 5 days after
the color is all jacked up in the pics.

yuck. I'd get some different soil and mix a decent amount of perlite in with it, replant it so a lof of that stalk is in the dirt ( it will grow roots) and lower your light a little bit. Your soil looks kind of disgusting. Don't pack it down.

Looks like possibly too much or not enough food.... If you've fed anything at all, it's probably OVERfeeding, if you haven't fed anything but epsom salt, i'd quit the epsom salt and get some real MJ nutes and water her with a really low dilutiong of it... 1/4 strength of what they recommend. Then watch them and if you notice the new leaves showing more vibrant green color then it was a lack of food, but could be either!!! so be careful... good luck with the grow and get some damn light on that baby... she's stretched out like Inspector Gadget!!!
