how to help this girl?

i got this 2 gorilla glue auto in a 3 gal pot , the soil mix contains super soil , perlites, compost, earthworm , bat guano. they are under 800w cob full spectrum led, 18/6 light cycle , the water ph is 6.5, temp 28c/ h 70% , day 22 since sprout
the plant got stunt from the soil which resulted slow growth
then it started growing healthy and green, but just not very fast
at day number 16 i noticed yellow color on the tip of the first leaves, the next day i saw the next leaves also having yellow color at the tip of it,and its start to curling , and a few days after it's getting worst, if i this soil is the problem, can i flush or replant it ?

is replanting an option i can consider?, also do you think if the light is not enough will cause something like this?

Blame your light for the less than stellar growth. Most seedlings may burn in nute dense mixes but eventually acclimates.
That thin stretchy structure is from light.
And yes not really sure what light your running what’s the distance from top of plant

i'm running this
veg

31" inch from the plants

i must know if there are any issues with my setup, as i planted another few more autoflowers today in the same grow tent in a new soil that is seedling friendly !

According to your link, the manufacturer says the light should be at a height of half a meter. So, about 12 to 15 inches. It would help with the internodal spacing I believe.

Granted this is day 62 but OUTDOORS ID SAY Yeah you're plant is small..
I love those in ground plants, l grow in pots, not sure what day they are on but not far behind if they are, l train mine hard, looks like you do too. Think mine are older, put out early this year. Those little sprouts have the potential to be monstrous. Never lose hope as they are a weed.

Posting pictures of your plant 3x as old and grown in a completely different environment isn't helpful or a great comparison. Create your own thread if you just want to post pictures of your plant.

As others have said it's too far away and the 3000K light spectrum isn't the best for seedlings/veg.

Medium looks dry but it's hard to tell. Easier to water properly when seedlings are started in small containers. GL

just a small update : i have transplanted the 2 small plant's in to solo cups with seedling mix, (just for the sake of experimenting), and they are loving life, thanks for everyone who helped and gave the information's to get me where i am today.
