How to legally sell some extra plants I have

I have ended up with some extra plants I would like to sell. How do I go about doing this legally? Medical patient to patient.

i would guess that if they had the same perscription/privalliges to marijuana as you then it shouldnt be a problem, but im not 100% sure about that , hope it helps

I'm pretty sure you have to be licensed to sell legally. If you went out selling on your own accord wouldn't you just be a dealer?

In California people post on Craigslist, just "require a doctors prescription."

Well Stranger, you didn't tell us what state you are in because that can really make a difference!

IF you are in Calif., and both of you have valid prescriptions, you two can form a "co-op" for two where you both split the growing costs and the plants.
