Pvc is not cheap.....just a cap will be more than a lowes or homer bucket.
Homer Buckets should reduce you cost by 1/3 if you're in the states.
could check local grocery stores with bakeries too they tend to throw away icing buckets, white food grade

grow bags are your best bet. they come in bags of 25 for 5 $ and can be purchased on amazon or at any grow shop. i am using them and I like them . I prefer the homedepot 5 gallon buckets but you cant beat the price.
