how to make your stem's fatter Help !

Hi there i have 8 girls into flowering period but there stems are still pretty think id say about the size of a AA Battery

How can i make the stems thicker i have a small 4" Fan in there ??

The thickness of the stem depends on the amount of stress applied to them during their growth...so that that little 4" fan might not be enough to make them do enough of a sway to beef them up more. I use a 10" osculating fan myself...

well if i apply a big fan i also have 12" fan,,, will the stems thicken during flowering ??

yes...your vegetative growth slows during flowering, but it doesn't stop really until the last couple weeks...the stems will continue to fatten...its not like the plant automatically says "OH I'm in 12/12...no more stem growth...make only flowers and trichs for people to smoke"

haha yeah good point... Well i have just applied my 12" oscalating fan and its blowing like a hurricane on number 1 lol... Should be ok tho Shouldn't it ??

Get HPS lights and a strain that has thick stems.

Are they falling over? If they do, stake 'em with bamboo. Shouldn't hurt a thing. Buds get pretty fat at the end, and I'll end up staking them anyway or they'll be laying on the ground.

No they stand very firm lol they are 43" Tall 4 of em and the other 4 are around 25" tall

Then no worries. The Bud will get pretty big towards the end, so I'd have some bamboo stakes on hand anyway. Stems the size of "AA" batteries isn't that small on plants that size.
