How to stunt there growth

Hey i dont have that big of area to grow in, mabye like 4 feet around there, i heard that some plants just keep growing and growing. I believe theres away to stunt there growth any one know how to do this ??????
 
stick with a good indica strain. even mothers stay under 2.5 ft and usal just as big around. get into setiva strains and the damn thing stretch through flower period.
 
whats pinch the top ? like cutting the top when it gets to tall, that will stop it from growing taller? but will it still flower?


im a newbie haha whats indica strain and setiva strains, types of flowers?
 
indica plant strains/seeds give you more of a melted effect(heavy).
sativa plant strains/seeds give more of a head high(buzz).
most seeds are cross bread so there is a mix of indica and sativa genetics in one seed.
you can tell by the plant leaves easily.
and allow for any strain(sative/indica)to grow 2-3 times its height once you start flowering.
so start flowering at 10" and it will end up roughly 30-40"(rough guide).
and pinching the top is called topping you will find this info in the growfaq at the top of the page.

Bushmaster Bushmaster Bushmaster..........stops all vertical growth. Puts the plant into flower, stops stretching, and stacks bud sites. Super potent tho! Use small amounts!
