how to take a pic under HPS????

All my pics in my journal are under my 400 watt HPS. Taken with a shitty cell phone cam.

Depends on the ballast. Try taking the picture through the lens of some sunglasses.

Get an electronic ballast and there will be no more lines...

I don't know why you'd want to, the whole plant looks yellow under HPS.

You can get these glasses that filter the light, i don't know how well they work though.

Oh, you must be using a magnetic ballast. I'm using digital, guess you are SOL.

Try to snap some shots right as it turns on, before it gets too bright. Or turn it off and use different lighting to take pics. Thats what works best for me. I don't like the color the hps give the buds in pics so I turn it off and use a basic CFL for pics.
