how to tell if they are male or female with a magnifying glass? what to look for?

so I was just wondering how to tell with a magnifying glass the sex of my plants? any help would be very much appreciated.

The females have little hairlike projections called pistils. The males have a clump of little nodes often called balls. There are pictures in a sticky somewhere, or you can google and find pics.

Look for pairs of little white hairs. Usually show around the second week of 12/12.
