How to tell weather a plant is male or female w/microscope

I bought a 30x Microscope or whatever you want to call it, I bought because he told me with that microscope I can see the sex of the plant before they flower only problem I have is he didn't tell me how to do it or what to look for
so if anyone does this I would really apreciate some information on how to do it and where to do it(although I have a decent Idea where) but just to make sure I apreciate the help Thank You....

so about how long until I can tell the sex of the plant?? like if you guys use a 30x or higher how long do you wait untill you use it!!??

some strains show really quick from seed, I have a blue mystic girl blooming that had pre-flowers at 4 weeks of veg some will take up to eight weeks, i start looking after the fourth node.......

You really dont need a micro-scope to sex your plants. I would be willing to bet it doesnt shave off more than a day versus viewing with the naked eye. Just my two cents.

The microscope is for checking the colors of trichromes before harvest. Something I really need to invest in right now. :\

word, same here....I got one on eBay for $4, but it wont be here for like another week cuz the dude was in Hong Kong, but still worth the wait for the price.

we kinda got off subjebt but anyway I will be harvesting in about a month or two. What do I look for when im using my 30x to tell when the buds are ready to be harvested???
