ok so im growing in a basicaly steril mix of soil with lots of pearlite, most of what the plants are getting is coming from my nuets.

how wet should my soil be, it has good air movement it would seem in the soil.. the root structure would apear to be growing rapidly, since i can see roots att he bottom now.. but i still have an issue with the older leaves slowly drying from the tips, curling in and dying... but below it is new branches that dont really seem to be having this problem, just the older leavs on the main cola.. plants only 1 month old so its not terribly large but is in rapid growth.

the soil has a good dampness to it whene i touch it now.. thats probably enough i would think but my soil has contracted around the rim a fair bit over night.. am i underwatering?

I have found the plants love to really dry out and then get a good watering. Constantly wet soil leads to many different problems. :bigjoint:

Go by weight, Wait till your pot feed light, Then water it till water come out of the bottom, Dont water her till she feels as light as she did the first time, Works for me
