Wtf. This is why we cant have nice things here.

This would have been an informative thread. Now it should be deleted and a new one started.
The HpLVd naysayers should start their own thread allowing those that believe in it to share info and pics without it getting so mucked up.

14 pages and all i learned was there is a 8-10% chance of it possibly being passed on to seeds. Which is concerning to me.

I guess if you don't know what a sock is.
Turns out I was right and here is your sign
A sock puppet or sockpuppet is an online identity used for purposes of deception. The term, a reference to the manipulation of a simple hand puppet made from a sock, originally referred to a false identity assumed by a member of an internet community who spoke to, or about, themselves while pretending to be another person.[1]
The use of the term has expanded to now include other misleading uses of online identities, such as those created to praise, defend, or support a person or organization,[2] to manipulate public opinion,[3] or to circumvent restrictions, such as viewing a social media account that they are blocked from, suspension, or an outright ban from a website. A significant difference between a pseudonym[4] and a sockpuppet is that the sockpuppet poses as a third party independent of the main account operator. Sockpuppets are unwelcome in many online communities and forums.

Me too considering when I got it my grow was fully closed and I only grew from seeds (not bagseeds, not that there is anything wrong with that, LOL). The plant that got it was a Reserva Privada Kosher Kush. I did an F2 run of them and none of their progeny that I grew demonstrated the 'dudding off' I experienced. I'm sure it exists. I hope more research is done when cannabis can finally get funds for University research. Until then we have to depend on collaborations like DH with UC Davis and outside the US research.

What scientific proof are people looking for here? I mean we are talking studies done by the Agricultural department of UC Davis right in the napa valley. Are people expecting the USDA or some other government organization to come up with their own studies? Do they expect federal funding or something?? Like Darkheart, Caldavis, and every other clone distributor who uses testing for hplvd are in some sort of cohorts to steal from the market... Not enough aluminum foil in the world to create the hats needed for some people

Can you point to these studies done by UC Davis? I've been asking for real studies since page 1 and have yet to see any.

Thanks

Do you know what dwarfs the legal growing globally! Hemp, now if we suffer they must of for decades before and produced the same amount of study and literature as they have for other pest disease and viral vectors.
As a lot of people have pointed out, most of the hemp industry relied on seeds. Also the industry could have just overlooked the issue themselves. There is plenty of evidence of dudding in the marijuana industry so one can not deny that.

Their own white paper they released. It seems like four people on here want to take on an industry of knowledge. Like I said, maximum density.
A white paper is not a study. And the link to that white paper doesn't go to any white paper.

Here is a list of all the cannabis and research studies done at UC Davis. HPLVD is not listed. Seems like four people want to see more than just some labs and one nursery claiming the sky is falling so buy our product to make sure it doesn't fall on you.

List of UC Davis Cannabis and Hemp Research

This list summarizes all cannabis and hemp research at UC Davis.

UC have three researchers who they say are working closely. They aren't they just gave Dark Heart a small grant a while ago because their researchers are focused on finding things to sell back to the legal market.

UC also gifted others money for failed things .

A real attempt would see them joint ventured with Hemp croppers and then it might gain traction.

It's been out there since 2019, still awaiting interest and peer recommendations. Having none by now signifying a failure to connect.

Facts are not looking good I'm afraid, I can order the virus and rub it on my next crops if you got a few months to wait for a grower to give real confirmation?
So now you know what's going on behind the scenes?? Gotcha. And I thought we found the densest material already.

This is not medical research that other scientist will peer review. This is a way different industry cupcake. I think you need to realize that before you start comparing your covid vaccine tirades with this one.

Please by all means, go buy the viroid (not virus) and rub it all over your plants. Do not miss a spot. Call it for science. You against every other person in the industry it seems. Good luck bongsmilie

Apart from no interest in a devestating disease by Hemp farmers. Think I made my position more than clear and for someone annoyed by grammer you sure can't read plain English very well.

Time to park up that magic carpet and stop rubbing your lamp!

So are you going to post the proof of the grants given and the money gifted? Or just continue with your noob copy and pasta?
