16oz (448g) under a 1k HPS is so far from 'perfecting your craft' it's unreal. Double that yield and you are doing well.

As for CFL vs HPS? HPS all day long. CFL are a waste of electricity. Total marketing con. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE.
