Huge green worm in web under leaf

It's a webworm. Likely a beet one. I don't worry about them a lot outdoors just kind of move them. They can make webs in buds but generally prefer leaves to cocoon themselves in. If you've had some munched on leaves that's the culprit. Generally they are tolerated by cannabis ok so no need to go nuclear just remove them and look for their website. If you want you can use need or something.

I had a few on my outdoor plant this year. The exact same. It's not a huge deal but their webs will stick to everything and you'll get some fan leaf damage. Destroy webs if you see them and relocate or kill according to your personal need for violence.
