Humbolt probley knows more then me but if your trying to claim medical marijuan but the cops don't think it's true like your tent to make a profit then they will hack it all done usually no arrest unless your over 100
Cause after 99 u hit a federal mandatory minimum of 5 years.
agreed, but they don't arrest up here that often. i think there was raid up here a couple weeks ago and there was a couple thousand plants and they released everyone (4 people) after they got done cutting everything down. And our sheriff never calls the DEA in. The only time the feds come is if they are doing there own investigation. and those are people are crossing state lines.

Got ya so if camp lands they won't federally prosecute you?
I was watching that dumbass show on discovery and they were letting dudes go cause it's such a bitch to prosecute in court so it's just easier for them to cut it down huh?

Jezzzusss that is sooo much fucking water where did they pump that all from!
Who's Andrew goff there sheriff or something?
they most likely fill that water source in the winter when it rains. because there is no creek up here that could sustain a grow that large.

and Andrew Goff is just a reporter

Yeah man that's crazy that would still be a little. Nicer then draining a creek. But I think I read in the story that they were pumping water out of a creek

"10,276 growing marijuana plants ranging from 6” to 9’ tall. The plants were grown on three different parcels, all on private property. There were no residences or structure in the area. Deputies also located two large water lines drafting water from a nearby creek to water the marijuana plants"
From the article

Hooooopppsss! Ha

from what I hear they really dont give a shit and aren't even asking questions anymore. Just landing when and where they feel like it cutting and taking off. Now that the courts have no motive to do it (fines/bail.jail/&p) it's pretty spooky its still going on. Imagine if helicoptors just started landing in peoples apple orchards cutting and then just chucking a deuce.

yea i know the article says that they were pumping from a creek but the same creeks that run threw those parcels run threw mine also and its impossible to sustain that many plants off our creeks. they may have been puling what they could from them, but by no mean it was there main water source. a few years ago you could but we are in a drought and people are going bigger so its sucking all our creeks dry

i had to have a well drilled a 120 feet in january to sustain my small grow.
