Humidity Too High In Tent?

Hey all I am currently in my 3rd week of flowering in a 4x4 tent. The digital hygrometer I have in there has read a constant 87% humdity since I first started in veg. The tent is in the garage so I don't know if it is humid because of the location or what? I have a 4 inch vortex fan attached to a phresh carbon filter venting straight out of the tent and an oscillating fans for circulation. I had the vortex on a timer set to turn on every ten minutes. Entering into flowering a guy at the local store suggested I try turning it on 24 hours so I set that up along with another rotating fan to help push the air around. Unfortunately the humidity is still reading 87%.

Did anyone else growing in tents experience this problem? Will it be ok to remain at that humidity Because I definitely don't want any mold as the buds start to develop. I have been thinking of getting a cheap dehumidifier but I'm not sure if its needed or worth it or if there are other solutions. Any advice helps

i have a 3x3x7 tent and my humidity is at 27% right now...highest it goes is 50% or so..it all depends where your pulling your fresh air in from..i would suggest a 70pint de-humidifier..the cheap ones wont lower it by more then 10% IF YOUR LUCKY
