i was wondering if anyone had any good info on what the humidity should be in my grow bo.x. when i first started my grow i read that the humidity should be 60% but i just read something that suggest that that is much to high is this true or not and if so what can i do to bring the humidity up or down (besides a humidifier or dehumidifier)

high humidity is good for seedlings 50-70% for like few days for the seedlings then any where between 35% and 50% is perfect you can go LOWER then 35% but the soil will dry out quicker etc

Generally around 60% for veg and 40% for flowering. Its most important to keep it lower in flowering because high humidity can cause mold and fungus growth. In veg a higher humidity isn't a problem, especially when the plants get bigger they will naturally add more humidity to your grow space.
 
You want 50 - 70 percent in veg and 30- 50 in flower. The higher humidity in veg helps the plant use more nutrients and energy growing instead of pushing water to the leaves. Since the waters in the air the leaves suck it up quicker and easier also ull use more nutes. Same in flowering only u want to drop it lower the further in flowering u go to prevent mold.
