40% to 60% is recommended. Too low and and your plant's growth will suffer and the leaves will be very thin and week. Too high is a more significant problem since the plant becomes infected with disease, insects and molds much easier.

Seedlings however require high humidity to thrive which is why people use humidity domes for seedlings.

70F to 80F (about 21C to 27C) Ideally, the temp will drop by about 10 degrees during dark periods. Higher temperatures can be used if combined with CO2 injection.

keep in mind that different strains may prefer warmer/cooler temps - this is just a starting point/guideline.
