Humidity?!?

I'm having a hell of a time getting my humidity over 25%rh in my veg cab. I've tried a wet towel, a 3 liter bottle with the top cut off full of water , & even a small mist humidifier. I think it's my 400w MH drying up the moisture in the air. I'm almost ready to go back to my 125w cfl for veg! Any advice on how I can get this up? Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem and bought a 2.5 gallon humidifier. Mine sits at 55% now. Around $100

Only problem is that my veg cab is only 2'x2.5'. So fitting a large humidifier in there is impossible. Would I be able to put the humidifier in the space that the cab is in? This is in my basement and I'm not sure if setting a humidifier in the basement will attract mold.
