Hydro info on plant

I would like all of your oppinions. I have the Sea of Green circle drip single bucket system with one air pump. Should I leave it on 24/7 or does that overwater my plant?

I have read things like 30 min on every 2 hours to allow the roots to dry?

yeah, you don't want the roots to rot. So I wouldn't run it all the time.

What kind of water schedule do you run?
