I Agree With The Republicans

i would have given a Love for that but you didn't use green ink.
That's the idea, but if Democrats fail to deliver any meaningful legislation, voters won't vote for Democrats in the midterms or in 2024, and they won't have the benefit of pointing at the alternative in Trump and his failed administration. The next president is going to have to deal with the fallout, that means dealing with things like the eviction crisis/unemployment/healthcare in the immediate term. How Democrats in congress seem to be signalling now doesn't inspire very much hope they'll succeed. They're already caving to Republicans on actual relief before negotiations even begin. So if Biden fumbles like Trump did voters are going to let him know in 2022. It won't be the voters fault for not supporting the Democratic party, it'll be the Democratic politicians for not actually getting the things they want done.
The OP is angry because Democrats are delivering legislation that is very meaningful to the people of this country.

I'm sorry to tell you that Democrats are doing quite well for the people of this country. Too bad for your hopes for a Republican controlled congress in 2023,

After 4 years of Trump this is what makes you "spitting mad"?
yes because this has nothing to do with Trump. this is a different thread about building trust and it was untrustworthy to change the limits then gaslight (although funny) the right.

the right was coming up with obtuse math and i wanted to see where they were getting it from..Trump? Q? the left?

as it turns out the right was partially correct and partially incorrect. what they were partially correct about, was the raising of income limits. what they were incorrect about was the computation of a couple with children..that's where the right lied..really lied.

It kind of depends on if they are going off of 2019 taxes and the type of career they had. If they worked as district managers in a restaurant chain they could easily make that in 2019 and be fucked by 2020.
kind of like me when i moved and had an interruption of work.

here's a sobering thought: the US gov't could give each citizen a million dollars instead of buying 5 new F15 jets. priorities.

edit: massive brain fart. that's not even close!!! disregard. got Friday on my mind!!!!!!!

Its what happens when people have no real principles.

On of my favorites is how quickly they descended on Biden's nominee for the OMB because she had posted a couple of mean tweets about a few Republican Senators.

Yet they complain bitterly Trump's ban from twitter.
agreed. I don't like Neera Tandin maybe it's her voice i don't know but i felt she was a fine pick and supported her. i support all of Bidens picks tbh.

They bullied her.

They are bullying Cuomo.

They bullied Franken.

for such an inclusive party they are huge bullys.

a man is guilty before he's innocent with them..over the repubs? mealy mouths..hand wringing and pearl clutching ways.

this is where left media changes the narrative with pundits jumping up and down in their chairs asking questions at break neck speed then not letting the professional guest respond before they shoot off another. where are they getting their talking points? who decides? MSNBC is the biggest abuser of this and i fvcking turn their asses off; then it's CNN until they get that way and i turn their asses off.

the way this country is built, is the citizen gets to decide at the ballot box, like we just did as we are perfectly capable of ruining that persons career on our own, thank you very much!

Democrats are pushing a package through the Senate in the teeth of unified Republican opposition that will benefit most of the people of this country. The goal of this legislation is to get employment back to where it was at the beginning of the epidemic. It's not about a welfare program or minimum wage or helping those most in need. It's about vaccine distribution, funding for schools and getting the economy up and running again. If they deliver on that then we can move on to other issues.

Regarding your complaints. "The left" needs to start winning contested elections against Republicans. If they do that, then they will have arrived. At the center.
