Did you have holes at the bottom of the cups they were in?
If not they were probably suffocating.
I don't add nutes in the first few weeks of veg, they do just fine on there own.
Adding nutes at this stage often causes more problems than they solve.
I've got some bushy 5 week olds in veg right now, they have had a couple doses of mild organic nutes at the most.
And that's not because they needed it, it's just because I had some left over in the water I wads feeding my flowering plants with, so I just watered it down and let the plants in veg have a taste.
A far as nutes are concerned, less, is more, focus on the No1 nute, water.

Okay... So they were growing and because of space and given that the size of the pots I put them in were way too big, I transplanted again but this time back into cups.
i swear I have fucked with these so much I'm surprised they aren't dead. The cups to have 2 knife slits in the bottoms they we're watered 2 days ago with transplant.
the totally burned leaf was an old developing brown patch.
NOW with twisted leaf that feels dry. I was just gonna let it go but then I noticed it on some of the newer leaves so now I am concerned.
i transplanted into a cup with 4:1 organic neutral PH:slight acidic soil
my voodoo star looks healthy ( just a lil droopy ) PIC 1 on the right
MY BLUE DREAM though look fried somehow PIC 2 and 3.... The 2 plants on the left.

My my best guess is either PH shock or TRANSPLANT shock.
why do they claw UP? Like that?

Yes a little droopy. I watered 3 days ago. I think they look a bit light green, especially in pic 2. I am concerned though there is a more severe underlying problem.

Just sprouted this morning. I took off the humidity bag for them.
CROP FACTS:
lights 140watt total CFL now at approximately 5"
WATER tap that sits out for at least 24hour
inlet air temp 70f
canopy temp 78-82f
Last water was 3 days ago, without any nutrients.
oh man they are dying..

You are making the typical noob mistake of Loving your babies to death and having unrealistic expectations. They are only a few days old but have been transplanted into smaller pots....2 mistakes in one. Only transplant into larger pots and only when roots are established in the original container ( not root bound ). There was nothing wrong with your original planting that patience would not have solved. Your new seedlings were in the process of growing microscopic tendrils that would feed new growth and eventually become larger roots. By disturbing the medium and particularly downsizing you likely destroyed much of this new growth AKA transplant shock. If they survive then tend to them gently mostly from a safe distance unless there is a legitimate issue and just let them grow. Ask lots of questions here there are lots of folks who will help. A: Buy a timer. they are super cheap if you dont buy a digital one. You said you did plenty of research, so I'm curious that when the standard is 16/8 veg and 12/12 flower where you are getting 19/5 from. Darkness is IMPORTANT to growing seedlings!
B: You are probably overwatering them by not allowing for drainage; your knife slits should be triangles cut out of your cups. Your soil looks a lot like mulch and that can clog a slit easily; you should water until you see it draining out the bottom of the cups and then be sure to drain the excess water from your secondary container so they are not just sitting in old water for days at a time. Your soil should be slightly damp to the touch
C: If you still are not seeing drainage, add perlite to your soil and mix well. You can even buy it on Ebay if necessary
D: I can't tell if that is Mylar or aluminum foil... PLEASE tell me you didn't use aluminum foil... but either way, take the time to flatten it out better.. you may be getting hot spots
E: Do MORE RESEARCH. Your plants will thank you!

Actually 18/6 is not the standard. Some do 12/12 from seed. Some do 24/0. I have also noted that CFL grows have less intensity and therefore it's actually okay to leave them on a bit longer..
thanks about the watering tip. I was overwatering early on. While I think it's controlled now, I do not believe my problem right now is overwatering. While my voodoo star do show some droop.... It's the blue dream that looks fried.

no. It's not tinfoil. Like I said. I HAVE been doing my research.
i do need to do a little more research, but I really need more hands on experience.
I think they may slowly recover, but I have some new sprouts going just in case. This time I'll leave it in the cup until it's the right size.

Aside from a tad bit of water for the seedlings. I haven't touched the others. I am probably going to raise my light another inch because temps are 81 degrees inside. I also bought an aquarium pump with a dual outlet. I intend to brew aact.
