I can hear grow room up in my living room. What can I do?

Replacing metal duct with flex will reduce velocity and noise. A 8” hard duct will deliver more air than a 8” flex duct, especially on a long run. Typically for noise I always like 5’ of flex especially on higher end projects; we just up the duct size sometimes

Here is my furnance model number I guess... CAPF1824B6DB... Well it is so loud, I contacted the installer and he said he would come over and lower the blower speed... Well if it cracks I got a 10 year warranty on parts and its 2 years old.

Well I think this is my best bet is to move that duct another 15 feet and use flex duct. I don't think moving this duct 15 feet will mess the rest of my system up... Also gonna have my guy come over and see if I can lower the blower speed 1 notch. How can you tell if lowering the blower speed will mess other things up or crack something???

There is a high heat limit switch that will kick the system off, it sounds like you are on the right track with these two options being cheap and simple. There are things in the manual that show you how to be sure your getting proper air past the heat exchanger
