i dont have a medical card but i have a lot of reasons for one

Get a card and you ll be able to grow your own medicine .. The Ounce or less is more like a tolerance for minor possession amounts but covers nothing more from what I understand and for sure the good old GRPD is going to have there fun no matter ......

I had my card when my ex turned me in when we separated. I was still arrested. When I asked my family to hire a lawyer with my money they did.. the guy got me out in 2 days then quit and gave a bs bill saying he did 3k worth of work and quit 2 days before I saw the judge. Because of that I was forced to take a deal. So I now have a felony. Wanna know something funny though? I still have permission to smoke and grow. This county is so corrupt and fucked up. Be careful without your car and never brag. I grew for almost 3 years and no one knew until ex.

its wayy easier than that thanx for the laugh tho the whole point of me posting the question was so i wouldnt have to go through the process of getting a card in the first place

That happened in Cali. Damn I would hire a new lawyer and take care of both problems (old lawyer and the charge )

WHAAT??? you allowed the cop to arrest you for your legal possession of medical marijuana? It states in the law that a cop can not arrest you for having 12 or less plants and 2.5 ounces or less in your possession. You didn't really state exactly why you went to jail though?

I had too many plants. They said 175 butbit was really 93. Apparently the fed agreed because he didn't press charges.

I did not want to get a card really, but decided to just to cover my ass in case something ever happens...I see Docs on craigslist advertising 75$ for the med cert now and I believe it was in Grand rapids...if ya get a card more people will deal with ya and you will have many options and prices to choose from...worth the 175-200$ a year imo.

First.. Hic and Abe should get a 10 foot bong, each smoke a bowl of gdp, white rhino and og kush with iso extract on top then follow with a special cookie. Fighting scares me. *shiver*

and as for en4cer.. it is still illegal federally. Are you sure your state says it is legal WITHOUT a card? Here in SD it is legal WITH a card then you have to follow guidelines. If I were arrested with 90 plants without a card I would still probably have troubles. Just make sure if you were to ever get "caught" that you are truly legal. $100.. even $200 is worth it when if you don't have it and grow illegally (based on your law) you will lose thousands of dollars in equipment being confiscated, your reputation going to shit by the police (sheriff's here told me to leave town) more money in court fines, county fines, state fines, lawyer costs, ... no fun.


They should just legalize it completely and let the economy flourish like northern cali. Damn rich bastards keeping the law in their favor.

The local laws don't prevent federal laws, nor does it say you are allowed to have it, it just says if you get caught you don't get criminally charged, and you also get your weed seized unlike a medical patient, if you are relying on local laws to help you, your going to get in for a shit ton of problems, stop being cheap and pay $200 to the state/drs and be done with it, or risk being the laws tested on you.
