I don’t know what the cause need some advice

I don’t know if this is a nitrogen or cal mag deficiency I have been feeding re charge and fish sh!t only difference was end of last week gave 3 ml of cal mag during feeding time and a few days ago I start getting this

I don't see anything to worry about.. Plant looks healthy! Just a couple yellow leaves..
