I dont see buds just alota white hairs

I'm confused she in 4th week flower under 450w led at 17 inches from top giving her maxibloom 1000 ppms one a week ph 6.5 and tap water every other feeding tap water is 250ppm

I would say you need a better light.

You're only 4 weeks into a process that takes a minimum of 8 weeks, and depending on genetics and grow environment may take 12+. That looks like totally normal development for 4 weeks.

I mean, the plant looks kind of small and the buds look a bit wispy, but we don't know the genetics he is working with. To be fair, despite being kind of small, in my opinion it is in a fairly normal state of flower development for being 4 weeks in.

450w is plenty of led light. Just give it time. The calyxes will swell up.

For the light you are using it looks fine for its age. That won't look like "weed" that you know until the pistils begin to curl in. Then your calyx will begin to expand and the whole thing will swell and gain weight in the last couple of weeks.

My point is your right on track imo.

Basically I echo what others have to say; it looks about right for what you have going on. You still have a long time to go.

Stay the course! 4 weeks from flip and they are right on track. You aren’t even half way there. Fear not. All will be well in the end

99.9% of blurples are FAR from whatever wattage is advertised. Half the "1000w" leds on Amazon pull >200w.

Very few times people post here with a problem I don't see.

Keep doing what you're doin ; )

Those are the flowers/buds. Like others have said, they will start to fill in and swell up as the plant gets farther along into flowering.

I let the plants decide.
They’ll let you know if it’s too close.
On average though I keep them about 16-20 inches.
